Roben Graziadei, MA is the founder and president of Net Result$, LLC, and is a highly successful leadership consultant and speaker. In 2015 she branded Instinctology® and authored Instinctology®, A Leadership Method to Turn GUT Instincts into Concrete Action.
Roben began her career as a Senior Consultant with FranklinCovey and was also a Principal of the The Tom Peters Group (Tom Peters, author of In Search of Excellence) where she taught The Leadership Challenge (by Kouzes and Posner) workshops. Earlier in her career, while in product development for Foodmaker, Inc., she was on the team that created and introduced the Pita-Pocket Supreme sandwich, an original healthy fast-food menu item that created a new market niche for the fast food industry.
Having consulted with the C-Suite of many Fortune 500 companies and higher education institutions, Roben then trained over 500K people from the mailroom to the boardroom. Her client list includes but is not limited to; Autodesk, AMD, Bank of America, Bristol Myers Squibb, California State Parole Officers, Campfire, Chevron, Farmers Insurance, Google, The Gap, Hewlett Packard, Household Credit Services, JP Morgan Chase, Kaiser Permanente, Kaufman & Broad Homes, Levi Strauss and Co., Lucky Stores, McKesson, Microsoft, Merrill Lynch, Nordstrom, Oracle, Peoplesoft, P G & E, Remedy Corporation, Safeway, Seagate Technologies, The Sharper Image, Shea Homes, Tandem Computers, and many universities.
Roben has developed strong leaders and work units at all levels. Through these efforts, she has consistently enabled her clients to achieve individual and organizational effectiveness. Often measured by increases in sales revenues; clients have seen quarter to quarter sales increases of 31%, year over year sales increases of 119%, and long term strategic sales increases of 240%.
Roben has a BS in Business Administration and an MA in Psychology, graduating “with distinctions”. She is the best selling author of “Exploring Management Styles”. Roben is also the author of “Creating Customer Satisfaction”, “Consultative Selling, Becoming a Trusted Advisor”, and “The Power of Persuasion”. Her passion for excellence is evidenced by the kudos she receives from her audiences, and repeated requests to return for consulting engagements. Participants describe her as a dynamic and compelling facilitator who is knowledgeable on many levels, as well as being humorous and fun. Roben has recently returned to her midwestern roots and happily resides on the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City.
